Having a sense of purpose at work is essential to keep employees motivated and focused. To fulfill this objective, NEO Fiesta 2020 was held last February 8 to encourage new talents to discover and serve their purpose at work. The later part of event was allotted to showcase the artistic and creative side of 86 engineers from NEO 85~90.
