SEM-B Technical Training Program SEMB conducts weekly technical training sessions for all employees, led by in-house experts in artificial intelligence, application development, quality assurance, and testing. These sessions cover a variety of topics and skills, and they provide employees with the opportunity to learn new skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. In addition to the weekly training sessions, SEMB also provides employees with access to educational resources that they can use to learn on their own. This promotes agility and continuous growth, and it helps to minimize both internal and external skills gaps.

Friday Session SEM-B Organizes Friday sessions on different topics, such as health, soft skills, fun activities, and knowledge sharing. Korean Language Training Korean Language training is designed to introduce Korean alphabet system Hangeul, Basic Grammar and practical expressions with related vocabulary to all the SEM-B employees who have no or little knowledge in Korean. This training will help in building a more collaborative environment between Semco and SEM-B and will help the employees to know better about the Korean culture and work more efficiently with their counterparts in SEMCO by reducing the communication gap between the two.
